The Journey is Limitless

This journey has me feeling incredibly raw. Vulnerable.

Impatient and frustrated today. It took me 2 hours to work on a small section of my painting.

Limited and uncomfortable.

Couldn't get my knee and foot into a comfortable position.

  Not being able to move like I want to has me feeling....Aggravated and Restricted.

But then I think of Freda Kahlo, the limitations or her body, yet her art was limitless..

And I think of Dad, incarcerated for 29 years, yet his spirit remains free, light and unscathed.

Time to get creative in executing this task.

Time to remember gratitude.

Time to exercise patience.

Restriction and limitation is a state of mind.
