Stillness

Didn’t paint much this weekend, instead I spent time with my family and listened to my fractured ankle. There’s been a lot of pain coming from it these past couple of days. And its been a challenge to focus on anything else except its alarming call.  My lower extremity is making a request for attention, stillness and awareness. Especially stillness. So I sat still.
