Closing Reflection

Last night we closed the exhibition. The room was quite different from the energy of the opening yet still abundant. I’ve learned a lot about myself throughout this journey. Every moment in the stillness and quietude of this WHOLE-listic experience was an opportunity for me to dig deeper within myself and heal from inside out. In the process I’ve found that I no longer hold on to the hurt that had held me hostage. I’ve released it into these moments. Painting, journaling and sketching with deep meditation afforded me the space to heal. I’m in complete gratitude for what the universe has allowed me to experience.  There’s no greater gift than the gift of loving and healing yourself above and beyond all else. My capacity to love is growing in abundance. Thank you to all of you who have shared in this experience with me, this journey, I was sailing blindly. Now I’m beginning to see.
